REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
SECTION 1 — THE MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE of 8A
All 8A Climbing products are manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed.

No Inventory: Because we do not maintain a physical warehouse of pre-printed stock, we cannot easily "restock" or "resell" items returned due to a change of mind.

Variations: As per our Terms of Service, minor variations in print placement ($<1$ inch), color tone (due to screen brightness), or fabric texture are industry standards for on-demand printing and are not considered defects.
SECTION 2 — 30-DAY ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact hello@8aclimbing.com within 30 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in "as-new" condition.

Climbing Specifics: Items showing signs of chalk dust, gym odors, outdoor debris, or pet hair will be strictly rejected.

Authorization Required: Do not send items back to the return address on your package or our Jasper P.O. Box without written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be forfeited.
SECTION 3 — SIZING & "CHANGE OF MIND" RETURNS
Because our gear is made-to-order, we provide detailed size charts on every product page.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering.

Return Costs: For standard returns (wrong size ordered or change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
SECTION 4 — EXCHANGES
We want you in gear that fits. If you need a different size:

You pay to ship the original item back to our designated fulfillment partner.

Once inspected and approved, 8A Climbing will cover the production and shipping costs of your first replacement item.

Subsequent exchanges on the same order will be at the customer's full expense.
SECTION 5 — DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we missed the mark, we’ll fix it. If your order arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect:

Evidence: Email hello@8aclimbing.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Resolution: We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.

Timeline: Since replacements are made-to-order, they require a new 3–7 business day production window.
SECTION 6 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift Cards & Digital Products.

Final Sale / Clearance Items.

Consumables: Opened bags of climbing chalk or skincare products.

Worn/Washed Gear: Any item that has been laundered or worn during a climbing session.
SECTION 7 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Our automated system sends orders to production quickly to meet our delivery estimates.

The Window: Cancellations are only possible if requested within 2 hours of purchase.

Post-Production: Once an item has moved into the "Printing" or "Production" phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.
SECTION 8 — RETURN PROCESS & ADDRESSES

Request: Email hello@8aclimbing.com with your order number.

Approval: If eligible, we will provide the correct return address (this varies by product and region).

Shipment: Use a trackable shipping service. 8A Climbing is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection: Once received, allow 5 business days for inspection.
SECTION 9 — REFUNDS

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late Refunds: If 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you haven't seen a credit, please contact us.
SECTION 10 — SHIPPING LIABILITY

Carrier Issues: 8A Climbing is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they leave our fulfillment partners.

RTS (Return to Sender): If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.
